Warranty: This item does not come with a warranty. We will however cover any manufacturing defects if the item arrives defective. This defect must be reported within 7 days of when the item is marked as delivered. 

Returns/Exchanges: Please contact us for any neon signs that need to be returned or exchanged prior to returning it. If a neon sign arrives defective in any way, we would love to help and get an exchange going. If a sign needs to be sent back to us for any reason beyond a defect, the buyer assumes all responsibility for sending the package back to us in a safe manner and also assumes responsibility for what may occur during transit. If the sign arrives back to us damaged in any way, it may be sent back to the buyer, and no refund or exchange can be given.
